On a completely unrelated note, I just discovered Alton Brown has a website! How nifty is that?!? I love that guy. He makes cooking complicated stuff look possible. Hell, he makes cooking look *interesting*: I watched half an hour filled with beets---and another devoted solely to salt---and couldn't tear myself away. Good Eats is Good Watchin'!
