Have also received some replies to my emails re: MLIS programs. Mostly they're recommendations of people's alma maters, but even that's useful. So far, UCLA, University of North Carolina, Kent State University, Queens College, and even University of British Columbia in Vancouver have been endorsed. I'll have to look into each of them. What a pleasant narrowing down of all the potential schools. Yeesh. :)
