drawn to sky
The clouds have made me melancholy. Such shapes and shades...as though I were out west. Or in Ireland. I could see the sweeping veil of the coming rain and still I wanted to sit outside in the soft heat and stare at the clouds. Like worlds of their own, holding faerie tales. Like impressionistic canvas, wedges of light and soft, bluing shadow. I wanted wings.
