Day 2, Sev! And I think we've discovered quite a handsome collection of quizzes. Wouldn't you say? ::muttering and flutter of parchments:: Yes, I know. You're busy with more important things...and, after all, this isn't the last day, so we have to save some of the good stuff. But enough of the chatter! Shall we get on with it? ::clears throat:: And now! Coming to you live---Avengers, Candy, and the Elements!
I'm not sure how great an espionage agent I'd be, to be honest, but in terms of Avengers, I suppose I'd be more likely to be on the spy side than the raw-power, kickass side. :) And it makes perfect sense that my leadership would result in Bad Things; I'm a much better second-in-command than I am a commander. But I love that this quiz tells me who I'd be if I were a man or how I fit within the traits of other Avengers...even if the result doesn't come with pictures. (I borrowed mine from the Marvel website.)

But can I be a dark chocolate kiss? Or one of the peanut butter-filled ones? 'Cuz I like those a lot better...which is not to say I don't agree with my result: chocolate kisses seem a good fit. Though now I'm quite curious what the other possible results are....
I always think of the water element in relation to my adolescence: emotional, hungry for human contact, creative and artistic, struggling to learn who I am and find balance. Since then I've moved more into the realm of air and fire---intellectual, directly honest, more assertive, coping with challenge by arising stronger than before---but that more emotional and sociable sense is still at my core. And I've definitely had to face that this year as I've found myself standing alone more and more often. These bouts of loneliness and separation come in cycles, but the last time I experienced one so deeply, I was 19 and in Ireland. I've been really trying to remember who I was then and, even though I've matured, allow the resiliency I gained in that experience to come to the fore.
Black WidowYou scored 19 Power, 75 Intelligence, and 42 Teamwork!![]() |
You are quite possibly the most skilled espionage agent in the world. You received a variation of the super soldier serum that Captain America received. As a result, you're at peak physical condition and have hardly aged a day in the decades you've been an operative. You also use several unique weapons and tools like the "widow's line" which is a grappling hook and "widow's bite" which stuns foes with an electric bolt. You've been an Avenger on and off for years, but more off than on. You quit the first time because you didn't feel you worked well in a team environment. During your brief time as leader you oversaw the death and dissolution of the Avengers. Not exactly great credentials. Still you have been known to help out from time to time and have left many lovers in your wake: Hawkeye, Daredevil, Iron Man, and even Hercules. Your male counter-part is Black Panther, and you are least like She-Hulk. Spider-Woman is more powerful. Ronin is less intelligent. Mockingbird is more teamwork oriented. |

Water PersonalityCreativity, Intuition, and Knowledge![]() |
With water as your dominant nature, you are adept at working with your senses and are a highly creative individual. You are open to new ideas and think fast on your feet, always taking the well being of others into consideration when you make a decision. You are likely devoted to making things the best they can be, and your flexibility and impulsiveness open you up to try anything just to learn and grow. Professions such as artists, writers, actors, advertising professionals generally share water as their dominant element, though other careers can incorporate this element into their field. You will bring abstract thinking and a natural sociability to your work. Water elements are prone to being highly sociable. Even if they are introverted, they enjoy investing in relationships and take time to understand the people around them. Water personalities have a unique ability to remember people’s feelings, which enables them to avoid hurting others. A sense of wonder, openness to new ideas, and hunger to learn new things are all hallmarks of the water element, along with an appreciation for art, music, and beauty. In excess, however, their natural altruistic nature can lead them to become paranoid or too devoted to others to the point that they overlook their own well-being. If you’re an extroverted water personality, try spending some time alone once in a while. It’s not a punishment! You’ll give your brain some time to recharge. Introverted water personalities, because of your desire to learn and intense curiosity, you might overload your brain. Introverted or extroverted, it’s important to give yourself time to relax and recharge. Read a book, practice meditation (become an observer of your surroundings and your thoughts), or go for a walk. Water personalities need peace to balance out their high energy nature. No matter what, always continue to explore the world and share your sense of curiosity with others. Your thirst for new ideas, your desire to express your feelings, your creative approach to problems, and your ability to share emotional bonds with others makes you a remarkable and inspiring person. |
