What a day. Am I right, Sev? I know for you, summer means the blessed absence of all pestiferous progeny and hours and hours free to devote to your beloved potions. But when classes are not in session, the library is lousy with lovely lads and lasses...making horrific messes, asking questions every other moment, and screaming. Today was definitely a day for screaming. But I did get to enjoy an excellent conversation with an equally excellent young lady about several fantasy books we've read. Which may explain some of today's quizzes, come to think of it....

The Literary Character Test

I love that there are so many results for this quiz...and that they seem to vary along the axes of goodness, genre style, and mental habits. I'd actually love to know how some of the other characters relate to my Ms Bennet, as yesterday's Avengers quiz results included. As for the result, I can't really argue. I've gotten Eliza Bennet often enough in stamping communities to know there are definite similarities in our characters.

As my poor '97 Nissan Maxima gets older and older, this sort of question becomes more and more pressing. And what's so funny is that I've actually toyed with the idea of getting a Porsche Cayman. It's expensive and completely impractical for a girl who likes to take people on road trips and hopes someday to have a family, but they're zippy, which I love, and...well...the black ones, when seen head-on, look kinda like Toothless, the Night Fury. See?! If I had one, I'd totally imagine it was a dragon, and as I drove it around, I'd pretend I was flying. Awesome!
