Day 14: A great love song
There are so many songs with which I could answer this. ("Cowboy Take Me Away"..."Longer"..."True Companion"..."Fields of Gold"..."Annie's Song"..."You Mean Everything to Me"...my mind runneth over with romance!) But I'm going with two that I've heard recently...and since neither is something you're likely to hear at a wedding, I figure I can get away with sharing both:
"Rome Wasn't Built in a Day" - Nick Lowe
Most couples I've spoken with have related a story about how one of them just *knew* the other was right for them...and that one of them needed some convincing. This song captures that in a sweet, slightly humorous way.
"Tatooine" - Jeremy Messersmith
I found this one on Wil Wheaton's blog, so naturally it speaks to the geek in me. :) Watch it fullscreen if possible:
