I just started reading this book---one of those cheesy collections of urban-fantasy/romance short stories designed to get readers hooked on new authors---and the premise of one of the short stories involves Knights of the Round Table...who are vampires. Every time they mention it, I crack up: really? the quest for the Holy Grail to be conducted by vampires?! But it occurred to me that if the story was about Robin Hood's Merry Men who were werewolves, I would be taking this *so* *seriously*.

Has anyone written that? Is there even a market in that? Or are the rabid urban-fantasy/romance fans only concerned with King Arthur and vampires? I almost want to write it, just to see what would happen.
