the return of the feverish flat!
I'm bored. Soooo bored. Which is ridiculous, really, because I have homework I could be doing, a book I could be reading, and even television shows I could be catching up on. Instead, I'm sitting here listening to the air conditioner, playing with the little Lego Santa Claus keychain my mom sent me, and pondering whether the peculiar smoked pork smell permeating my bedroom is wafting in through the open window or coming from my eternally infernal radiator. I'm really, really hoping for the former, because I've watched way too many Bones episodes lately and I'm afraid to imagine what might be cooking in my heater.

Does anyone have a meme for me to do? Please?

Oh. And my book is out now. ::sheepish grin:: It's been out for a few weeks, but life decided to get crazy just as I had a real-live, actual announcement to make. Figures. Kinda anticlimactic, I know, but if you're looking for it, both the hardcover and paperback editions can be found at a Barnes & Noble or Amazon.com near you.

Don't you hate that sometimes when you have a lot to do is when you are the most board. But hurray for Lego Santa key chains! How cute. And how is the book doing? Have you seen anymore strangers purchase it? And how is it? I'll have to wait until break to read all the rest of the stories.

Alas, no. I've not seen any more strangers buy my book. But that may be because it's not actually on the shelf or propped up in front of them to awe and amaze. :) As for reading the book, I'm waiting for break, as well. And truth to tell, I'm a little nervous about reading it: I think I'll probably be pondering the suitability of my story for the anthology the whole time. Blah.
