Whenever I hear the word "chemistry," the very first thing that pops into my head is that old pun "chem is try." It occurred to me tonight that "chem is try" is an extremely apt association for me: chemistry was the only class in high school where I felt I was hitting a brick wall as a student...it really, really was "try."

This made me wonder, though, what other kinds of associations I have---and if I can see similar meanings in them.
