naptime approaches, methinks
I had an extremely strange night last night---woke up at 3:30am with a nightmare, tried unsuccessfully to shake it off until 4:30, stayed awake reading until 5:30, then managed to get back to sleep for a few more hours, when my alarm woke me up at 7:30. And when I woke up, I was so nauseated that I called in sick to work, unable to trust myself to make the drive without dread consequences. I'm feeling a little better now, but I *never* have trouble sleeping---ever---so I'm thinking I probably am sick.

On the plus side, I get to make Jell-O and post my quizzes. Just keep whatever foul concoction you're working on far, far away from me, Sev. Sigh. Potions masters...what can you do? Other than draft them into helping you with your Week of the Killer Quizzes, that is.

Your Mind is Green!

Green is the color of harmony and peace. You are a frank person and also very modest. You love the outdoors and literature. You like to take a little time every day for yourself, and you love to laugh. You handle conflict well. What your life needs more of is brown, meaning you need more stamina. The next time you really want to give up on something, wait it out a little bit longer, and you won't be sorry!
What Color is Your Mind?

I like that you don't just get your color but the color you should work on developing as well. Most excellent. Although in my case, I think I've got the stamina figured out, but not the conflict. :) Everything else, though, is delightfully accurate. Ah...the outdoors...and literature. Where is a tree I can read under when I need one?

You are Van Helsing

Abraham Van Helsing is an enigmatic character, a monster hunter dedicated to destroying supernatural creatures that prey on humanity. He is part priest, part scientist, a man of faith and a man of science who relies on holy water, crucifixes, stakes, and crossbows to vanquish his hellish opponents.

Which Victorian Hero/Villain Are You?

Yay, Van Helsing! I *love* that dude! Haven't seen the movie, but I loved his character in Dracula. I would absolutely fight evil with faith and science---and crossbows!

I love how I'm great with children but that kids know better than to misbehave around me. Very true. I didn't put in all that training in my mom's day care or as an older sister for nothing. ::glowers at imaginary children:: Just. Try. Me.

You are Sage!

10% Habanero, 40% Sage, 0% Thyme, 10% Ginger, 20% Garlic,
10% Curry, 0% Cinnamon and 10% Oregano!

Sage is a very classic herb. You tend to use intelligence in making decisions instead of brute force.

You are the type of person that people want to get to know and be friends with. You don't feel as if you have to impress people because you tend to be very self assured.

At a party you would be happy to just sit in the corner and watch people or perhaps find someone to have an intelligent conversation with.

You prefer to think before you act, as you are rather analytical. You can be both dazzling and graceful. People tend to notice you without you trying to make it happen.

You may not be religious, but you are very spiritual. You desire relationships that last rather then passing ones.
What Spice Are You?

Yup. Aaaaalll true. Except maybe the dazzling and graceful bit. I'm not sure people really notice me all that much: I always feel I slip into the background more often than not. At least until I open my mouth...then, people seem to be a little surprised. Hmm. Maybe I am dazzling. ::sparkle, sparkle::

Quiz #1: My color is...
GREEN!
Hahah! When I read the description for it, I knew that if I didn't get the same result as you, then this quiz was worthless. :)
It's mostly true, though I do not handle conflict well and I can be occasionally outrageous.

Quiz #2: Am I a Victorian hero or villain?
INVISIBLE MAN!
Harley Griffin accomplished what alchemists and scientists for centuries had been trying to achieve---a potion for invisiblity. However, the effects of the experiment caused him to go insane and become a criminal. Hounded by the police, Griffin roamed England, a fugitive. However, he proved more than a challenge for the police with his invisibility and deviously cunning mind.

Villain, of course! They always have the best laughs. :) Evil keeps me young. Mwa hahahahah!

Quiz #3: 100 Acre Quiz
POOH!
You are loveable and kind, even if you are a bit slow sometimes. All you need to be happy in life is good food, good friends, and good fun.
--
Yeah. I can see me being Pooh. I do like to have fun (even if my idea of fun is not precisely like others' idea of fun). I think I am loveable and I certainly can be kind.

Quiz #4: (WAIT! There's a FOURTH quiz! Wooo!) I am spicy. But what kind?
SAGE!
(0% Habanero, 30% Sage, 10% Thyme, 20% Ginger, 30% Garlic, 10% Curry, 0% Cinnamon and 0% Oregano!)
--
I like how we're the same but different, when you look at the percentages for all the spices.
Also: you are shiny! Inside and out.

Aw, thank you. You are delightfully shiny, yourself. (I love the adjective "shiny"...for which I think it's safe to blame Firefly. :D) I can definitely see how you balance between garlic and sage with a hefty dose of ginger. And yay Green Mind!

Also, is it strange that I can somehow reconcile Pooh and the Invisible Man for you? I can see you in your Pooh love-of-good-fun puttering about your laboratory and accidentally making yourself invisible. And then, in your Pooh lovable-mischief pulling pranks on people and evading the authorities (Rabbit, of course). Excellent!

Oh, and yes! Final day of the Week of the Killer Quizzes gets four quizzes instead of three...as a finale of sorts. Except last year, which was the 5th anniversary, when it got five. Not sure I'll ever do that again. So...many...quizzes...!

It is not strange at all. I find it quite apropos. I'm a fun-loving devious little deviant. But not a bad bad one. Just a hedonist. But not even really that, since I care about my friends so much. :) I'm a bad hedonist. Hahah.
